MENTORING
The term 'mentoring' is too often used loosely. The type of mentoring offered here is not the taxi service from the club when broke or the irregular phone call.
We offer structured mentoring that has clear and defined outcomes as agreed between the mentor and mentee. Regualr face to face contact is made along with using social media technology platforms that are available.
John is an expereinced and qualified mentor. He has been working with youth groups for over 20 years and also provided mentoring to adults on a one to one basis. In 2014 he completed a Certificate IV in Mentoring Diverse Groups (Indigenous Mentoring).
INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY INCLUDING RAP (RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN) DESIGN
Indigenous training and employment is best achieved when part of an overall Indigenous engagement strategy.
No matter if your organisation is large or small, commercial or not-for-profit, there are several advantages to developing your own Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
We can help you develop a RAP that is suitable for your organisation.
